For many years, Rocchinotti Bau AG has been building high quality condominiums for the subsequent sale of apartments occupied by the owners. Often this happens in close collaboration with the previous owners of the old properties. This has created large buildings such as the Zürcherhof, Zugerstrasse 19, Zelglistrasse 4 in Bremgarten, the Raamatten 1 condominium in Zufikon and the Bahnhofstrasse 23 and high Bremgartenstrasse 16 in Berikon (see here), to name only a few of the projects made in recent years.

With Rocchinotti BauInvest AG, we want to put our extensive experience in the construction industry, excellent banking contacts and expertise accumulated over the last 100 years to serve joint projects with existing property owners and land. We do not only look for building houses or land to buy, but we offer our owners our services and financial assistance, with the prospect of participating in the success of the sale. Where otherwise only those who already have much benefit from the opportunities of the real estate business and the 'small' citizens fall into disgrace, we offer a partnership between peers.

The centenary of Rocchinotti as a construction company is going in another direction with the foundation of Rocchinotti BauInvest AG. Our main concern is and remains to be a reliable and valid partner for her when it comes to building and living. This is also what we represent with our name.
