About Schefer Bäckerei Konditorei AG

The family-run pastry shop of the third generation is known for its refined cakes, pastries and, above all, its unique bakery creations. The origin of refined creations lies in the use of regional ingredients. Our cream comes from Milchmanufaktur Einsiedeln and our flour from Grotzenmühle Einsiedeln. Thanks to traditional production methods and the constant use of regional raw materials, we prepare daily the best artisan bakery products. We look forward to visiting her.
