"Very bad experience with a return, never again!"
After purchasing and receiving Osram lamps I had to make a model return by mistake, hence the ordeal; I was challenged that the lamps had been resent not inside the generic carton they had sent, plus that the original plastic packaging of the lamps was damaged and that one lamp had signs of wear. Those lamps I had not even opened, imagine that!
To conclude the story they did not accept the return for their invented reasons and to get the lamps back for me therefore unusable I had to pay another 9 euro shipping!
