Pastry-makers and bakers by training, we are a family business and have been involved in all events for many years...

The company's pioneers, our grandparents, used to go to the markets back in the day and passed on this passion to us.

Our family has been running the chestnut hut since 1960 at Place du Midi in Sion. We've been present at the Valais fair for 40 years. Thanks to our position as itinerant craftsmen, we are always delighted by the contact with customers and especially in view of the good atmosphere that reigns at this type of event.

We have been caterers for many years.

Events

Martigny, FC Sion matches at Tourbillon stadium etc.) and set up our mobile confectionery /sales trailer/ full of an array of different items. We adapt the trailers according to the items we sell.

According to the location, we adapt our facilities, items on sale and drinks.

In early autumn, we start selling chestnuts on the Place du Midi in Sion in a seasonal mobile stand: raw or cooked chestnuts, almonds, toffees etc.

We propose, upon prior request, to pick up your chestnuts on site by the kilo.

We also provide a trampoline for hire (weekend package as well as a person on hand to take care of the smooth running of the activity).

Catering

Bakers and pastry chefs by trade, we also offer a catering service.

Delivery is handled by us, and we can perform the service if required.
