The independent activity began in 1986, at first as an Associated Architecture Studio. In 2016 the Firm reached the goal of 30 years of uninterrupted activity in the field of architectural design and construction. Set in the area of Luganese, it operates mainly in Switzerland, in Canton Ticino. It has always been used by collaborators with consolidated experience.

ACTIVITY

The fields of activity include all the phases of construction of single and multi-family housing, administrative, handicraft and industrial buildings, the restoration and restoration of historic buildings and any other performance connected to the sector (relevance of existing buildings, parcellings, district plans and feasibility studies in general, but also interior fittings and furnishing elements).

FILOSOFIA

The realizations are preferably followed starting from their conception to the execution phase and the delivery of the work, paying particular attention to the management and respect of the planned times and the preventive costs.

PERFORMANCE

A sector of consolidated experience is represented by the perital field, in particular the provision of private real estate accommodation, perital reports for damages of work and technical insurance reports, as well as judicial expertise at the service of the Canton Pretures.
