During the year we organize numerous events such as the butcher's table, the game table, the fish table and crustaceans, the Argentine barbecue evenings, the New Year's table, the Christmas table and without forgetting the vegetarian table. Our Quebracho Big Green Egg Coal Grill is working daily and roasts delicious Irish Dry Aged Hereford Beef Coal Côte de Boeuf or Muotathaler veal ribs, our old lion ear. Obviously there is also the pulp or grilled fish, not always. Our cozy chestnut garden invites you to enjoy a refined lunch with the four menus of the constantly evolving lunch and then in the evening to extensive tables. The cozy interior is not a fashionable restaurant, but an old house preserved with drawer panels, Horgen Glarus chairs and Swiss walnut tables; furnished with very charm and charisma. Our friendly and courteous service will be happy to serve you; flexibility is certainly one of the strengths of our service. The wine cellar is very well supplied and with more than 150 positions leaves almost nothing to be desired. Our strengths are clearly the Bodeaux and Italy.
