The 36 rooms are furnished with a high standard and very wood from the woods of Engadin. Mediterranean cuisine offers specialties of meat and fish that have been awarded with the Golden Fish. The history of the Kochendörfer family in Pontresina began about 120 years ago with a bakery. The bakery is still the heart of the hotel and produces 40 types of bread per day, of which the guests of the hotel benefit not least when they go to the rich breakfast buffet.
