"Genuineness and sympathy"
We stayed with family one evening in August for a pleasant fish dinner. Excellent fish-filled ravioli with a fantastic final note of citron. I recommend as an appetizer the classic La Vecchia Guardia which is a riot of local flavors. All accompanied by an excellent local bubbly. To finish a fantastic cedar truffle.

Excellent food. Fresh and tasty fish, well processed and excellent variety of choices. Very simple location within the village of St. Nicholas, very nice and airy terraces. Worth every penny, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

During a walk through the picturesque old town, I discovered the restaurant "Old Guard." My experience was simply extraordinary. Located on a terrace overlooking the ancient streets of the city, the restaurant mixes an elegant ambience with the warmth of a family welcome. During my visit, I had the pleasure of enjoying exceptionally good octopus: tender, flavorful, and expertly presented. Every detail, from the presentation of the dishes to the attentive service, contributed to a memorable evening.
